SEND YOUR WATCH

If you are unable to bring your watch to our workshop in Rayleigh then you can post it to us.

The most safe and secure way is via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For your peace of mind, we will call you to let you know we have received your watch safely. You can also track your parcel on the Royal Mail website using the unique tracking number given by the Post Office.
To ensure your watch is protected in the post, please ensure that it is carefully wrapped up in packaging such as bubble wrap and protected in a cardboard box. Make sure when you shake the box your watch doesn’t rattle around inside. Please also include with your watch, a completed information form, which can be downloaded below. If you are sending a Sinn watch under warranty, please also include a copy of your proof of purchase.

Our address is: TWR, Lubards Business Park, Hullbridge Road, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 9QG. (For the safety and security of your watch, please address the package to TWR rather than our full company name.)

When you take your parcel to the Post Office you will need to choose the appropriate insurance to cover the value of your watch. They will give you a silver Special Delivery bag to put your parcel into.

On receipt of your watch, it will be photographed and booked into our database. It will be given an individual job number so your watch can be tracked the whole time it is with us. We will then contact you as soon as possible (usually within 2-4 days) with an estimate to service or repair your watch. This service is free of charge.

Part repairs usually take 7-10 days. Servicing can take 3-4 weeks, sometimes 5-6 weeks during busy periods. Once your watch is completed we will contact you to take payment over the telephone. All cards are accepted except American Express. We will then arrange a suitable day to send your watch back to you (the parcel will need to be signed for). The return postage charge is £15.00.
